Please contact Cisco support; they may provide you with a release date for their NVM update to version 6.X. Please let us know if they resolve this issue, or you have any other questions.

I've tried all adobe's ideas. The only one idea can help iscompletely disable the graphics processor. But it makes my Photoshop works slowly without graphics processor.
As long as i choose nvidia graphics for Photoshop the screen will flicker in it and neither i choose intel or nvidia graphics the screen still flicker in Adobe Camera Raw.
I've tried to install both intel and nvidia's latest drivers. And uninstall them, install lenove's latest drives. Neither drivers can't slove this issue.
I really hope intel can work with this problem. Adobe said this is not their fault, intel said this is not their fault and nvidia said this is not their fault, at last it can't really solve the issue. It makes customers feel helpless and disappointed.
Why i think intel can solve this issue. Because i try an intel graphics old driver (21.xxxx, the newest is 24.xxx) . It really solved the flickering issue in Photoshop, but it still flickers in Adobe Camera Raw. So it shows intel's driver has ability to solve this issue.

Convert YUYV frame to RGB8 frame
Are there methods available in the librealsense SDK to convert a YUYV frame into a RGB8 frame?
When saving a stream in a .bag file I prefer saving the files in YUYV format, to minimize CPU load.
However, when viewing/ exporting the color data of the stream I'd like to convert this into RGB8 colors.
Therefore I was wondering if a conversion from a YUYV frame to RGB8 frame is integrated in the SDK.

There is a tool called Convert for converting a bag file into a range of formats such as PNG, color frames only or depth frames only. Would this be an acceptable alternative to a YUYV to RGB8 conversion?

I just ran the SSU for my own board and it came back showing in the .txt file that my Bios was set to LEGACY. However in my UEFI I've disabled CSM, and according to my msinfo32 my motherboard is in UEFI. It's strange that this is happening.

audio popping from headphone jack
I was hearing a crackling / popping sound in the speakers or headphones plugged into the on-board audio jack. The pop seemed to occur at the start of audio, for example adjusting the volume control in windows, and then about six seconds after the audio stops, another pop is heard.
Prior to noticing the popping sound, I was using a pair of Bose Bluetooth headphones.
I turned off the "Limited Audio" option then turned it back on and the pop went away, but it came back as soon as I opened the system settings panel called "Bluetooth & other devices." This has me wondering if the two are connected somehow.
Settings -> System -> Sound -> With the "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio (SST)" Selected, click on Device Properties.
On "Speakers Properties" box, there are several tabs. Click the Custom tab and turn off "Limited Output." With this turned off, I noticed a reduction in the pops but it was when I turned it back on that the pops stopped. But, like I said as soon as I opened the bluetooth settings panel I heard the pops come back again. I'm going to reboot a few times to see if this behavior is consistent across reboots.

UEFI Boot with Legacy Boot disabled. Secure Boot is not enabled.
64bit Windows 10 Pro ver. 1803. All Windows Updates are up-to-date.

The converter will still keep the same image format if I understand correctly. For example, when selecting the png export, the exported color frames are still gray. So this does not seem to be the solution I'm looking for. It could be that I just need to write a solution myself, but I was just wondering if this conversion between YUYV and RGB8 already had been done before.

Thank you for your answer, the design guid of the Curie module is indeed in these third (and 2nd) document. However we don't have any schematic of the inside of the Edison Module, which is supposed to be open source. The first document is only the schematic of the breakout board which contain the intel edison module.

So until now we don't have anything about the schematic inside of the edison module

Here is the information about my computer as requested.
To answer your questions, primarily I have been trying to use many different TV's. The same problem persists with any TV or monitor I use, and the same workarounds work (using a separate device/system for audio).
Additionally, you are correct. I have mods installed, but when I got my new laptop, I tested Skyrim 100% Vanilla and got the same results.

Yes I did run Command Prompt as Admin, and also I choose to run as admin Setup.exe when I click the icon of the Setup.
I've googled the problem I have with installation of the Intel Chipset Device software. I'm not alone with the same problem.

You will have to search sites like ASUS, MSI, EVGA, ASROCK, and such to find a compatible board. And, it is not just the socket you need to be sure of. The motherboard bios must also support your processor.
Now, all that being said, you would do much better to dispose of this old processor (in my opinion).
